Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3 very ripe bananas
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter and sugar with a hand or stand mixer or in the bowl of a food processor. Add eggs, bananas and beat well. Add Flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into a standard sized muffin tin lined with paper liners.
Bake 17-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in each comes out clean.
Cream Cheese FrostingYields enough for 24 cupcakes
Beat together 1 package cream cheese at room temperature and 1/4 cup of butter. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 3 cups of powdered sugar (added gradually). Whip until light and fluffy.
Makes enough to ice 24 cupcakes.
Bake 17-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in each comes out clean.
