Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Cook Time: 10 minutes or until cooked through
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1/4 cup dijon mustard (grainy or smooth, your choice)2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp white, cider or white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 loin chops (bone in or boneless)
oil
Directions
- Combine, mustard, honey, vinegar and pepper
- Coat each chop in the mustard sauce.
- Place the chops in a non stick frying pan with a tsp of oil.
- Cook about 4-5 minutes each side or until you achieve the desired doneness basting each side with more sauce when you flip.
- Serve by drizzling any remaining sauce over the chops!
