Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

A great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree this recipe is as easy as mixing the dry ingredients and adding the wet!  Try topping hot pancakes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a truly decadent breakfast!

 Pumpkin Spice Pancakes 
Makes about 8 medium pancakes

Cook Time: 10 Minutes 
Total: 20 Minutes

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/4 cup milk
1 egg

Directions
  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Stir together sugar, pumpkin, milk and egg. Add wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just combined. 
  2. Dollop mixture onto a pre-heated, greased griddle or frying pan. Serve hot.
