Chicken Bacon Pizza

Ingredients
1 ball of fresh pizza dough
2 chicken breasts
salt, pepper and seasoning salt to taste
1/4 cup fresh basil shredded
1 white or yellow onion sliced
3 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 - 3/4 can tomatoes drained
400 grams mozzarella cheese shredded or diced

1/2 - 3/4 can tomatoes drained
400 grams mozzarella cheese shredded or diced
Directions
- Heat the oven to 500 degrees.
- Spread crust out onto a cookie sheet or pizza pan. If you're using a cookie sheet, line it with parchment paper and give it a spray with non-stick spray.
- Cut 2 chicken breasts in small bite sized pieces and season with salt, pepper and seasoning salt.
- Cook chicken in a frying pan until brown but not cooked all the way through - about 5 minutes (chicken will cook the rest of the way in the oven).
- Top pizza crust with canned tomatoes, squeezed of all excess juices (we use about 1/2-3/4 of a can but it will depend on how large your crust is).
- Add chicken and sliced white onion to the pizza, top with shredded basil, bacon and anchovies if desired.
- Top with shredded or cubed mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Allow to cool 10 minutes to set before cutting.
