Ingredients
Spaghetti to Serve One
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Zest and Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp anchovy paste
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
- Boil pasta in a large pot.
- Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a frying pan over medium low heat. Mince and add 1 large clove of garlic and 1/2 tsp chili flakes. Cook until garlic is fragrant but not browned.
- Add anchovy paste and stir to melt anchovy into the oil.
- Zest and squeeze half a lemon and add the the oil and anchovy in the frying pan.
- Toss cooked pasta in the frying pan and coat with oil.
- Top with parsley and serve!
