Teriyaki Grilled Steak

This is a really great, flavorful marinade that can be used on any cut of beef. It would also be wonderful on pork tenderloin or whole chicken pieces - just adjust your cooking time and marinading time accordingly.


Teriyaki Grilled Steak
Serves 2-4

Prep Time: 3-6 hours (marinade)
Cooking Time: 8-15 minutes
Total Time: max 6 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients
Steak - cut of your choice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dry ginger
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions
  1. Combine all of the above in a baking dish and mix well with a fork. Add your meat and turn to coat. Allow to marinade 3-6 hours (flipping every 30 minutes or so). 
  2. Heat grill. Once hot, get steak on the grill and cook to your desired done-ness!
